This is the second attempt of the petitioner for bail in connection with Didarganj P.S.Case No. 28 of 2013 as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 25.08.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11158 of 2014 and the court below was directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months. The same not having been done, a report was called for. Pursuant to the same, under Letter No. 113 dated 25.04.2016, a report has been submitted by the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Patna City, in which it has been stated that he joined on 30.11.2015 and after that six witnesses have been examined and steps are being taken to examine the rest of the witnesses. It is further stated that the case is likely to be concluded
