One Raman Kumar Yadav confessed his guilt on the basis of which the stolen Hero Passion Pro Motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner disclosed that he purchased the motorcycle from Raman Kumar Yadav and he had no knowledge about the theft of motorcycle. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 20.02.2015, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial
