JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the Sate.

In this case, the petitioner has made a prayer for making payment of admitted dues of Rs. 8,65,217/- as has been claimed that the petitioner was selected as a Contractor for the work with respect to construction of Double Barrel Hume Pipe Culvert at 9th K.M. Panjwara-Dhoraiya Road for the year 2015. The total work value was Rs. 15,48,065/- and as advance Rs. 6,82,848/- has been paid to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5552 of 2017 dt.17-05-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that has completed the work but, the payment has not been made to him till date.

Let the petitioner should file a representation to the Engineer-in-Chief, Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna who will examine the matter and if it is found that the construction of Culvert etc. has been made by the petitioner according to the specification, he will be obliged to release the amount to which the petitioner is entitled within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation along with a copy of this order. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
