JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 215 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Marriage was solemnized with the petitioner on 15.05.2019 and thereafter on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, deceased has been killed.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased, no fresh ground is made out for grant of regular bail to the petitioner. This application is accordingly dismissed. Trial of the petitioner is directed to be expedited. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
