The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dumra PS case no. 334 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 188, 379, 414/34 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding search having been made in the jail premises by the informant along with the Superintendent of Jail and as far as the petitioner is concerned, one mobile charger was recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that no incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, hence there is no impediment in granting bail in the present case.

No.3126 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the nature of accusation, I deem it fit and appropriate to release the abovenamed petitioner on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra PS case no. 334 of 2019.
