JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section302 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, one person died in the alleged occurrence and petitioners along with several other persons are named in the first information report with general allegation of assault but there is counter case also, in which, one Nathuni Mian died and the aforesaid Nathuni Mian has been shown as accused No. 5 in the accused column. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10637 of 2016 (2) dt.09-03-2016 one co-accused Badru and two others have already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihra P.S.
