1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge XVII, Bhojpur vide order dated 11.12.2020 passed in B.P. No.2837 of 2020.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14309 of 2021(2) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 with Sessions Trial No.02 of 2021 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No.53 of 2020.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
