JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-01-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Aurangabad Mufassil P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018, dated 06.11.2018, instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
After some arguments, Mr. Lal Bahadur Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail.
