The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and he further submits that it is a case of last seen. He further submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 09.09.2019.
