The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)A, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is accused in the present case registered in the year 2007. He has been arrested in the present case on 16.07.2021. He was a absconder.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that some co-accused have been granted regular bail.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4566 of 2022(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner was absconder, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is dismissed.
