The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 218/2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 224, 225, 332, 353, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the learned court below.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3552 of 2023(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
