In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 350 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (A), 32 (II), 41 (I) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Allegation has been made that the police has seized a huge quantity of illegal liquor from the godown of the petitioner.
Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
