2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for initiation of contempt proceeding against opposite parties for their willful violation of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated- 08/04/2024 passed in CWJC No. 6378/2019 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy and further a prayer is being made that after holding them guilty of the contempt

Patna High Court MJC No.171 of 2025(4) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 of the court your lordships may be pleased to award appropriate punishment to the contemnors for their non-compliance of the order of this Hon'ble Court, and/or any other order/orders may be passed in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Show cause has come on behalf of the opposite party 4 and 5, 'the NHAI' and from the record, it shows that the Arbitration Case No. 768 of 2025 has been filed (AnnexureA/1).

4. Since 'the NHAI' has taken steps and Arbitration Case No. 768 of 2025 is pending, no further step is to be taken in the matter.

5. MJC No. 171 of 2025 stands disposed of.

6. It is expected that once the parties appears and pleadings are completed, the said Arbitration Case No. 768 of 2025 shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest. (Rajiv Roy, J) Vijay Singh/- U
