2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for initiation of contempt proceedings against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 12.04.2018 passed in CWJC No 6434 of 2018 whereby this Hon'ble court has disposed of the writ petitioner with the direction to Opposite parties to ensure payment of the same within a maximum period of four months from the date of

3. The show cause has come on behalf of the Veer Kunwar Singh University and Mr. Rajesh Prasad Choudhary, learned counsel for the University has taken this Court to Annexure-A to show that the due amount for the period December, 1986 to February, 2018 has been paid by the college.
4. In that background, allowing the petitioner to agitate the matter, if he has still any grievance, the contempt petition is disposed of.
