The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):- "That the present writ application is being filed for a writ/writs, order/ orders, directions directing upon the respondents concerned to remove the encroachment from the petitioner's land of Village-Nawada, P.S.- Kharik, District- Bhagalpur vide land in thana no.110, Khata no.187, Khesra no.1049, 1050 Rakba 2.33 and 9.33 Acre total 11.66 Acres illegally encroached by the private Respondent nos.11 to 30 respectively."
Patna High Court CWJC No.3083 of 2020(11) dt.28-02-2023 3/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, a copy of the affidavit sworn by the Superintendent of Police, Naugachia, District- Bhagalpur has been served on him and from reading of the contents, it transpires that the encroachment in question has been removed. It is further submitted that in view of the categorical statement in the said counter affidavit, the petitioner no longer wishes to press the instant writ application and the same may be disposed of.
In view of the above, this application is disposed of as not pressed.
