This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 608 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

This application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the petitioner will be at liberty to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned Court below on its own merit.
