The petitioner seeks bail in Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that his daughter was killed by her husband and other in-laws. The daughter of the informant was married with Rambharosi Sah about 18 years ago. The petitioner is brother-in-law of Rambharosi Sah. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,
