Taking into consideration that one country made katta and cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and he carries criminal antecedent of near about 15 cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9708 of 2016 (2) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
