The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Nagar P.S. Case No. 339 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, four miscreants intercepted the informant and snatched his bag containing cash. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has been made accused in this case due to his criminal antecedents. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Till date petitioner has not been put on test identification parade. Petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2021.
