2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Garhpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 126(2), 352, 351(2), 115(2) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners along with others are accused of assaulting the victim.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have

It is next submitted that the assailants namely Ramesh Mahto and Laila have been granted anticipatory bail. It is lastly submitted that petitioners have not assaulted anyone. Petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 have two criminal antecedents and petitioner no. 4 have three criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate- I Classs -cum- A.M., Begusarai/ concerned Court below in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 110 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS. (Sandeep Kumar, J) tusharika/- U T
