====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 Perused the enquiry report submitted by the Joint Registrar, Establishment dated 01.04.2019 and I find that all the officials of the Registry are trying to shift the burden on others. It is very alarming that such a situation is existing in the Registry of this Court creating impediment in the work of the
3/4 Hon'ble Judges, which is required to be dealt with firm hands. It is equally baffling that the Registry has not been able to pinpoint the person who is responsible for the lapses, hence this Court feels that all the officials named in the aforesaid report dated 01.04.2019 are collectively responsible for the lapses. Thus, this Court directs the Registrar General to issue warning to all the officials/staff named in the said report with a stipulation that in future if such dereliction in duties takes place then they would be suspended immediately, departmental proceedings would be initiated and major punishment might be inflicted upon them. It is further directed that the Deputy Registrar, In-Charge, Centralized Filing Section, A.R.-cumSection Officer, Centralized Filing Section, the concerned Section Officer, Computer Operators-cum-Typist-cum-Data Entry personnel and the concerned official of the I.T. Department would henceforth, be accountable for any such lapses regarding incorrect data entry and appropriate penal action would be taken.
Let a copy of this order be circulated to all the concerned officials as also to the other officials of the Registry of this Court so that each and every officer/staff of the Registry remains cautious and does not derelict in proper discharge of
4/4 their duties as also they remain mindful of the fact that in future any default on their part would be viewed seriously and strict action would be taken.
The records of the case are directed to be consigned. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
