Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Parsauni P.S.Case No.69 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegation and the manner in which the deceased was eliminated, the Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.
However, the petitioners, if so advised may approach before the court below and pray for regular bail which shall be considered on its own merit on the same day without being
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5094 of 2020(5) dt.13-10-2020 2/2 prejudiced by the refusal to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
