After some arguments, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to petitioner for filing the appeal before the Collector of District-Purnea under Section 30 of Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus

Patna High Court CWJC No.5559 of 2017(2) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 Land) Act within eight weeks from today.
