JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-05-2023 This writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for selection in Home Gaurd against the reserve post afresh by giving opportunity to appear in the physical examination.
A perusal of the writ application would show that the petitioners were declared unsuccessful during the running process. This Court finds no ground to issue a Mandamus to the respondent authorities to give fresh opportunity to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1011 of 2023(2) dt.02-05-2023 2/2 petitioners as the process of selection was fixed during a particular period and the same has already come to an end. This writ application has no merit, it is dismissed accordingly.
