The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is working as an Assistant in Rural Housing, Khairatia Panchayat of Hathua Block in the District of Gopalganj. The allegation against him is that he recommended the name of another person who got lesser marks for allotment of Indira Awas only because the complainant did not provide money to the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 02.03.2015, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
