The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Deepnagar P.S. Case No.148 of 2021 registered under Sections 279, 237 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that from perusal of seizure list, it would be evident that the recovery has been made from the alleged vehicle of a company standing near new bypass, Samasti village and the petitioner being a Director of M/S Gupta Nutrition Pvt.Ltd. is only said to be the legal owner of the said vehicle. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
