Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to have given single Farsa blow, causing head injury to the informant though other accused are said to have assaulted the informant by means of lethal weapons. The informant sustained simple injury on his head, said to be caused by hard and blunt substance though the other injuries on different parts of body of the informant, were found grievous in nature.
