2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 260/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/149/323/307/504/506/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the without prejudice to his case, the petitioner is ready to compensate the victim by paying Rupees Fifty Thousand to the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 260/2022.

6. It is made clear that the amount of Rupees Fifty Thousand shall be deposited in the Court below at the time of furnishing bail bonds and if such an amount is deposited by the petitioner, the same shall be released in favour of the victim by the Court below.
