Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.2.2015 in a case in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under sections 323, 379, 498A and 498 of the Indian Penal Code. It would appear from perusal of complaint petition that prior to institution of the present case, petitioner was made accused in Marhowrah P.S. Case no. 10/2012 in connection with so-called kidnapping of one Priti Kumari. It appears that after institution of the aforesaid case, dispute arose between the petitioner and his wife resulting filing of the present complaint case. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran
