In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 379, 34, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per First Information Report, the Informant had kept his motorcycle in front of his house at the road, after some time, he heard the sound of his motorcycle, when he went there, three persons were taking away his motorcycle but, the motorcycle caught in the mud and one person was apprehended who disclosed the name of the present petitioner. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2911 of 2019(4) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
