The present writ petition has been preferred for: issuance of an appropriate order / or orders, direction / or directions for commending and directing the respondents specially Resp. no. 5 & 6 to take follow up action as per order dated 15.2.23 passed in case no. 85/22-23 by Resp. no.4 (as contained in Ann P/L) and to provide protection to the petitioner so that the petitioner erected his house and could not be

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner straightway took this Court to the order passed by the learned DCLR, Narkatia Ganj, West Champaran on 15.02.2023 and the relevant part read as follows:

4. He submits that the respondent no. 5 to his knowledge has not filed any petition before any appropriate authorities challenging the order.
5. Learned counsel for the State is not in a position to assist the Court.

Taking into account the aforesaid facts as also the positive order of the DCLR, Narkatia Ganj dated 15.02.2023, the Circle Officer, Sikta Unchal, Sikta, West Champaran (respondent no. 5) is directed to comply the said order dated 15.02.2023 within a period of four months from the date copy of the petition is provided by the learned counsel for the petitioner, if the respondent no. 7 has not preferred any petition/challenged the said order dated 15.02.2023 by the DCLR, Narkatia Ganj in Case No. 85 of 2022-23, as the learned counsel for the petitioner could not show from the petition that the order has not been challenged.
7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
