No.4523/2015 by which the petitioner was granted bail with condition that he will be released after framing of charge in R.P.F. (Rajendra Nagar) P.S. Case No.8 of 2014.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 25.09.2014 and up-till-now, charge has not been framed against the petitioner and it is not likely to be framed in near future.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the words "after framing of charge" stands deleted/modified. To this extent, the order dated 5.02.2015 stands modified.
