Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no.1 caused fire arm injury to the informant in his stomach, whereas firing made by petitioner no.2 did not hit anyone.

Considering the fact that petitioner no.1 caused fire arm injury to the informant as such his prayer pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, prayer for bail of petitioner no.2 is allowed. In the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today,
