The petitioners seek bail in a case under section 327 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 of the U.A.P. Act. The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.

During the course of investigation, names of the petitioners have been suspected. It is alleged that the members of the Maoists set the J.C.B. machine on fire and also kidnapped Munshi of the Company who was released later on. Except suspicion there appears to be no tangible material against the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20569 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with U.A.P. Case No. 5 of 2015 arising out of Jamui P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014.
