One six round revolver containing two live cartridges is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when the petitioner and others were caught by the police. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 15.10.2015. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 671 of 2015.
