JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but general allegation of assault has been levelled against the petitioner as well as other accused.

Admittedly, there is case and counter case between the parties and one co-accused, namely, Nathuni Mian, too, died in the alleged occurrence. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused namely, Md. Badru & two others have already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 212 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief
