Petitioners of both the applications are accused in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 223 of 2014 registered under Sections 395 of the I.P.C. and later on, section 412 of the I.P.C. was added Therefore, both applications are being heard together and disposed of by this order. The accusation is that on 16.07.2014 at about 3.30 pm. six unknown criminals looted mobile and cash Rs.7,00,000/- from the collection counter of Ramanandi Auto Mobile.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18221 of 2015 (4) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of the information of the informant, Amit Ranjan, F.I.R. was lodged against six unknown for committing dacoity at his collection counter of Ramanandi Auto Mobile. In course of investigation, the Police recorded the confessional statement of Rakesh Kumar Gupta, who disclosed the name of both the petitioners and others and before that on 03.08.2014, the Police recovered cash Rs. 31,500/- from the house of petitioner Ranjan Paswan, while he was not present at the house. It is also submitted that petitioners are in custody since 27.11.2014.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.223 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioners.
