The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

From the house of the petitioner 01 Kg. of Ganja was recovered.

It is submitted that from the house of one Shrawan Kumar Singh also 01 Kg. of Ganja was recovered ands he has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 9.4.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14851 of 2015. The petitioner is in jail since 25.2.2015. The petitioner has remained in jail for about four months. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18567 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Darbhanga in G.O. Case No. 11 of 2015 in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015.
