Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-326, 307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute and both the parties have lodged criminal cases against each others. Moreover, no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner and, the injured of this case appears to have sustained simple injury.
