2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 1092 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 96 of the BNS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2024.

5. From the materials available on record, it appears that this is a case of elopement and the petitioner had got married to the victim.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura/concerned Court below in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 1092 of 2024.
