The petitioner seeks bail in Rajpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. There is allegation against the petitioner that he made an attempt to outrage the modesty of the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case. A proceeding under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C. is going on from before between the parties.
