JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, it was petitioner who gave information to the informant regarding the accident of the deceased and furthermore, it was the petitioner who got admitted the deceased into hospital. The post mortem report of the deceased reveals that she died due to head injury and except suspicion, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bangaon P.S.Case No. 48 of 2014.
