2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(A) For issuance of an appropriate writ or direction to the authorities concern to remove the encroachment in the Khatiyani land. This land is situated in the village Behat (North) ViaJhanjharpur District-Madhubani. (B) For the respondents specially.

respondent No.5 is constructing the road in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.21302 of 2018(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/3 khatiyani land of the petitioner about 5 katha 15 Dhur acres land is there in the village Behat North), Via-Jhanjharpur.

(C) For the respondent 5 no. is constructing the road from the village -Behat to the point of water canal and the water canal is established Near the village Behat (North) and the road is constructed from the village-Behat to the water canal behind the village-Behat (North), without any notice to the petitioners and without acquired the land. Respondent No. 5 is constructing the road by forcibly.

(D) For the road is constructing by the respondent authority in Raiyati land of the petitioners in following plot:- Khata No. 506, Khesra No. 3027, Mauza-Behat Rakwa-5katha 15 Dhur 506 3049. 2 Katha 2 Dhur.

(E) For the respondents authority total encroached the length 2 Katha 2 Dhur width in the middle portion of the total area of the land. (F) For the respondents authorities

Patna High Court CWJC No.21302 of 2018(2) dt.14-10-2025 3/3 encroached the land for the construction of the road without any information and without any notice and without acquired the land and without any order passed by the Bihar Government. The respondent no. 5 start the construction of the road with the help of the villagers of the Behat North."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be filing a fresh representation before an appropriate authority for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Granting said liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
