Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, their name surfaced in this case and it is alleged that looted mobile was recovered from their possession but learned counsel for petitioners submits that no looted mobile has been recovered from possession of the petitioners and as a matter of fact, the mobile set of petitioner No. 2 was seized by the police in course of investigation. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, let

No.10372 of 2016 (2) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 639 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
