The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kharik P.S. Case No.268 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the alleged recovery has been made from a trunk kept in an abandoned house of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3963 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Actcum-Special Judge Vigilance (Trap) Act, Bhagalpur in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No.268 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
