The petitioner is said to have made confessional statement and except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of one case, there appears to be nothing against him. The petitioner is in jail custody since 01.09.2012 and it is informed that though the case of the petitioner was committed to the court of Sessions in the year 2013 but up till now only charge could be framed against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties as also taking note of period of detention of petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two
