====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the victim was sexually exploited by this petitioner. It is further alleged that he also made video of the alleged incident and made it viral.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case to humiliate and harass the petitioner as both parties are in litigant term.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that victim in her statement

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10724 of 2023(2) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 recorded under section 164 Cr. P. C. has clearly stated that petitioner sexually exploited her and made video of the same. In view of the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr. P. C., bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
