The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.09.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No.28068 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the State has contended that the prosecution witnesses have already been examined in course of trial and now the case is pending for evidence on behalf of the defence.

Regard being had to the fact that the trial is at the fag

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18915 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 end, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.
