====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-06-2020 This matter has been taken up through Video Conferencing.

Heard the parties.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 379, 323, 341 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is against 11 F.I.R. named persons including the petitioner of commission of assault with different weapons in their hand to the father of the informant and as a result whereof he died. The doctor has found multiple injury on the head which was cause of death.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is general and omnibus.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2160 of 2020(3) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that when eleven persons were allegedly committing assault it was difficult for any witness to count the individual assault, hence I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 302 of 2019.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. Prayer for regular bail shall be considered without being prejudiced by this order.
