It appears that vide order dated 22.11.2021, the application with regard to petitioner nos. 2 and 5 namely Shankar Yadav and Gajendra Yadav is dismissed as infructuous and the application is now restricted to petitioner nos. 1, 3, 4 and 6 namely Pradeep Yadav, Babulal Yadav @ Bauyelal Yadav, Dhirendra Yadav and Vijay Kumar Yadav, respectively. The petitioner nos. 1, 3, 4 and 6 seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 57 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14456 of 2021(3) dt.11-01-2022 2/2 Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are cross cases of causing injury on Ranjeet Yadav by Chandan Yadav, I am inclined to allow the petitioner no. 1, 3, 4 and 6 namely, Pradeep Yadav, Babulal Yadav @ Bauyelal Yadav, Dhirendra Yadav and Vijay Kumar Yadav on bail, in the event of arrest they shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
